I'm 6'5, 310, and have big legs. I went with the XL. Snug but not constricting fit. The feet are very comfortable and don't mash your toes or constrict where the front of your ankle meets the foot. The leg of the sock has a memory around your calves and provides nice support, and they stay up. Pretty good cushion under your feet and they stay dry. However, there is a seam on the inside of the ankle between the ankle bone and the bottom of the foot that stayed a little stretched out after just one game on the plate. No blisters, no sore feet or calves. Pricy, but overall these are worth it, especially if you work back-to-back days.
