We guarantee your satisfaction on every product we sell and promise the easiest returns available.

With the exception of personal use items*, you may return any non-worn, unused, unaltered, non-laundered or defective item for a full refund within 60 days of delivery by returning the item(s) through the UPS Returns Portal Here.

You will need your order number. Either your packing slip, confirmation email or order history at your account login will show your order number.

When the return is received from the original order, you will then receive your credit. (read below for the amount of time it takes to see your credit).


If you live in the Contiguous U.S., all returns are FREE if you use our UPS Returns Portal. That's right. If it doesn't fit or the product is not to your liking, the risk and costs are on us.

Exchanges / replacement items

The quickest and easiest way to replace an item you are returning is to re-order it through the website. You will receive credit/refund to the payment type used for the original purchase for your returned items when the return is processed.


Please contact our Customer Service Department, even if beyond 60 days of purchase, at and include pictures of the defect and a brief description of the issue. If the item is deemed defective, we will contact the manufacturer and either issue a replacement or refund (for orders placed within 60 days) back to your original form of payment. If outside the 60 days, an electronic gift card will be issued via email.


Due to the intimate nature of athletic supporters and cups, compression tights and shorts, we unfortunately CANNOT offer returns or exchanges on these items. Whistles may be returned unused, sealed in the original packaging. 

*Please note: If your item is deemed non-refundable, we will return it to you at the address used when the order was originally placed.

Return Tips


Please use care in sending items back to us, preferably shipped in the smallest container possible, or its original shipping container. If returning items from multiple orders, please consolidate all items into one container. When dropping off your return at a UPS Drop-Off Center, please keep the tracking receipt as proof of return shipment.

When returning shoes, please put the shoes in the manufacturer's box, and then place the maufacturers box (with the shoes) inside of another shipping container. DO NOT put the shipping label on the manufacturer's box itself.


Please ensure your package can be tracked so that there are no issues with any un-trackable lost packages. You can ship through any carrier at your cost, but we recommend our UPS Returns Portal which will automatically provide you and us with tracking details. If you choose to use your own carrier, please write your order number on your package and ship it to:

Issuing Refunds/CREDITS

Returns and/or exchanges may take 3-5 business days to process after we receive your return at our warehouse. Once the refund is given, you will receive an email notification. It may take your credit card company additional time to issue the refund back to your card.

Returns older than 60 days may be returned only upon prior approval from our customer service department. The refund will be issued as a store credit (electronic Ump Attire Gift Card). 

Bulk orders determined to be purchased for the purpose of reselling by individuals or companies may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

MORE Credit Information on Shipping

Any shipping charges incurred from the original order will not be refunded.

We are sorry but we are not able to refund your return shipping costs on items shipped from outside the contiguous U.S. at this time.
