All-Star System Seven Umpire Chest Protector

I ordered the new AllStar system 7 CP this year to finally replace my 10 year old All Star CP. I love everything about it EXCEPT the neck fit. It tends to ride up and dig into my throat. As long as I keep pulling it down it's fine but it's just a pain to have to constantly be pulling on it during every dead ball. Otherwise it's a fantastic piece of equipment. Great protection, I've not taken a single shot that came close to hurting this year. I'm considering taking a razor blade and shearing down the hard plate right under the neck. I've adjusted it everyway I know how and yet it still wants to ride up and I constantly pull it back down. If it weren't for that one issue it would be aperfect protector. I wear a Wilson Shock helmet and it fits perfectly with it so no problems there. Maybe they will figure out a way to keep it down and in place. Any suggestions are welcome. Thanks.
