I have both sizes and I find that the 6 inch pad works best for when I am behind the plate. The 6 inch pad fits in my ball bag and is easy to access. The 5 inch pad works best for me when I am on the bases. It fits in my back pocket.

As has become the norm with Umplife and Ray Brownlie, this lineup card holder is perfect. 2 sets of magnets, I can lay my mechanical pencil in the fold and it fits perfectly in my Umplife ball bag pocket, almost like it was made for it.

Wesley B. Guntersville, AL |
Fits in my shirt pocket perfectly. I also have the smaller size, but this is my new every-game pad.

Matthew D. Acworth, GA |
I love the scorecard holder had one for over two years and just replaced it due to where in tear the scorecard holder is capable of holding the ginormous spreadsheets that coaches provide.

Fantastic product. The magnets hold the lineup card in place securely as well as keeping the book closed. Fits easily in the ball bag.

LOVE this lineup card holder. It's big enough to accommodate most lineup cards and it fits neatly into my ball bag. I will begin recommending this item to rookie umpires who join my association.

Great product. Fits well in my ball bag and holds the large lineup cards.

Eric O. Yukon, OK |
Great product, strong magnets!

Kenny C. Chesterfield, VA |
Works great for the bigger lineup cards.

This lineup card holder is great. Fits in the shirt pocket or your ball bag, whichever you prefer. The mag clips make getting the cards in and out a breeze, no fumbling with stuffing a folded lineup into a small plastic pouch like others. The material is durable too. It is a plastic leather, but more durable than my older vinyl lineup card holder that split down the middle after 1 season. This one is going on it's 3rd season and hardly looks used. Bought a couple for my teenage boys who are learning how to umpire with our local little league.

Nice book. Roomy and durable.

Heath C. Bastrop, LA |
I umpire travel ball. Holds my cards perfect and fits in my back pocket.

I used a different lineup card holder model, but this UMPLIFE holder is better by far. The magnets are offset, making fitting in my pocket or ball bag easier. The design also allows for a more professional look when handling changes on the lineup card.
|
Henry M. Gray Court, SC |
This is exactly what I was looking for. The new design is excellent with the offset magnets.

I've had all three sizes of UmpLife's lineup card holders and the new 6.5" is perfect. It fits various lineup sheets/cards without multiple folding or excess hanging out the bottom. The offset magnets are a thoughtful design and help keep the profile to a minimum. Is easily kept in one of your ball bags or a hip pant pocket. Professional looking, a 'must have' tool of the trade.

This is a must have lineup card holder. It’s big enough to hold the cards and it supports all the changes you need to make. An excellent product.
|
Derrick D. Corneila, GA |
Perfect size for a card. No more multi-folds to fit in my previous small holder.
|
Bob W. Webster, NY |
This book is worth it. The magnets hold the cards in place. Easy to make changes on the cards. Easily fits in ball bag or back pocket.

Diane P. Goldsby, OK |
This is perfect for holding the large line up cards in windy Oklahoma. I don’t fear that they are going to blow away anymore. The magnets are great. My pen sits inside the holder perfectly. The holder fits perfectly in both my back pocket and my ball bag. I highly recommend this product.

Great product. I love the size. It fits in my back pocket. I can easily access my lineups. Love it!

Another great product from Ray at UmpLife that I've purchased over the years. Sturdy writing pad, strong magnet to keep paperwork intact & pen fits inside. I use the 5" card holder to record conferences at the college level as this fits perfectly in back pant pocket. Overall, great purchase & investment for an umpire but go for the biggest on the market, it's your best & only buy.

I have the 6” lineup holder and it was time on getting a new one, so I went with the 6.5” and its was nice having lineup cards fitting in the holder. I folded mine twice and that was it. Easy in and out. Didn’t have to fight unfolding and holding up my game.

Josh U. Milton, FL |
Best lineup card holder on the market. Ray makes the best products for umpires because he is an umpire. Don’t settle for knockoffs. Get the best. The 6.5” is perfect for NFHS lineups. I also own the 5” and it’s great for travel ball lineups and pitching cards. You will not drop a lineup or a pen. UMPLIFE for the win, again.

I like that it holds good with magnets but is a little big to fit in a shirt pocket.
|
Joshua C. Santee, CA |
Works great, as expected. The magnets are strong both for line ups and to close the holder.
|
Chuck S. Hopkinsville, KY |
Best line up card holder in the game!! Love the magnetic tabs to hold my lineups.
|
Dennis L. Wetter (Ruhr), NRW |
Finally, a reasonable place for the lineups and the other cards. The alternatives are quite unmanageable and usually much too small and unwieldy.
|
Robert G. Milk River, AB |
Works great and fits in my ball bag pocket nicely.

Previously had the “6 Lineup Card Holder and loved it. The new “6.5 XL model is even better than the "6 model that I loved so much. This new model provides more space for lineups of all sizes. They fit perfectly inside without any problems. The magnets keep lineups on each side in perfect position for the entire game and allow you to write changes quickly & efficiently. Pen or Pencil fits inside nicely & doesn’t move or fall out, having you searching for it when coaches approach with changes. Fits comfortably in your ball bag pocket, pants pocket, or shirt pocket, whichever you prefer. Must have for umpires of all levels!!!

Chadbourne S. Hudson, WI |
It could still be wider. The majority of lineup cards coaches are using are still wider than this product. I understand that making this product wider will most likely not fit into Umpire’s uniform pockets. However, I’d rather have lineup cards fit entirely and then put them into one of my ball bags. Magnets are strong and secure. The product is well-made and durable.

Daniel F. Salina, KS |
Works swell, and lineup cards are getting bigger every day....this works.
|
Pete C. Sumner, WA |
The Line-up Card Holder has worked perfect for me. It fits great into the ball bag and has a large enough writing surface to make easy and quick game changes.
|
John L. Columbia, SC |
Exactly what I needed. It is big enough to hold both teams' line-up sheets. I only wish it had some kind of strap on the outside to hold a pen.
|
Brandon W. Leesville, LA |
I love this lineup holder. I upgraded due to my last one missing right at the beginning of the season and it got here quickly and is just as reliable and efficient as the 6” one I had before.
|
Chad G. Euharlee, GA |
I like the way its holds the cards and you dont have to worry about losing cards and keeps it organized during your game.
|
Al Y. Meridian, MS |
This line-up holder is really nice and being able to have the line-ups already open, saves time and has a hard service to write on. Great item.
|
Kelly M. Wahpeton, ND |
I bought this line-up card holder for a friend. I usually use the 5” model. He prefers the taller model because it holds the lineup cards that are larger in a much neater fashion. The extra room makes a difference!
|
Brian H. Endicott, NY |
Holds lineup cards well.
|
Allen T. Columbia, SC |
This lineup card holder is great. It is longer and wider than a standard holder so the lineups will not overhang the edges. Magnets hold well with enough give to store a pen in the hinge.
|
Matthew M. Indian Trail, NC |
This lineup card holder isn't just longer than the other versions, it is also wider. If you keep your lineup card holder in a ball bag, this XL version is the best choice!
