Good shirt, but not as well constructed as the old Majestic Cool Base shirts. The fabric of the Majestic resists snags better than this Smitty fabric. I wear an XL size polo shirt for casual everyday wear, but an L for this cut and brand of umpire shirt is spot on. I have an XL to go over my gear, again, spot on. Keep that sizing in mind.

Comfortable and very clean looking. Order a size smaller than normal as they run big.

Decent quality and look. The only issue I would say is there are some stray long threads at some of the seams. Nothing that can’t be easily trimmed, though.

I live in the desert where the sun kills us year-round - even in the long-sleeve weather. I cannot stress enough how much I love these Smitty shirts. I may order some large shirts (down from XL) just because they taper nicer when on the bases!

Great material on this umpire shirt and the upgrades from the first version of this shirt are very noticeable and make put it in line with the Majestic model.

Replaced an ancient long-sleeve with this update recently. I like the lightweight feel and stretch fabric of this version. I normally use a large with plate gear, and this was still a little loose, so if you want a tight fit, you may want to consider a size down.

Great addition to umpire shirts - for cooler weather.
