Super light with a great price point! The pads are a little bulky and it took a couple of adjustments to make the mask fit right. Took a foul ball right off the mask and it didn't even phase me.

Great mask, lightweight, the leather pads are the best. It gives you comfort and absorbs moisture very well. The frame design allows you great visibility and the design is very attractive. It looks good and provides good protection to the throat.

Fantastic mask for the price. I really love the lightweight feel and it's comfortable to wear all day. Sturdy frame, soft pads. Highly recommended for little league and high school level.

Since I bought this mask, I have used it in no less than 20 games. It is a full 6 ounces lighter than my previous mask, has thicker padding, and more comfortable to wear overall. While it did take some getting used to it, and I am still working on further breaking in the padding, I have enjoyed the mask. The weight alone was reason enough to get it and its durability. I have taken three foul tips since I started wearing the mask and I barely feel the impact. The metal is great, and the padding protects amazingly well. My only complaints are that the thickness of the padding does limit my peripheral vision more than I am used to and that I will need to get a new sun vision. Even so, I recommend this mask if you are looking for a lighter mask with great durability, this is a great option.

I bought this Diamond aluminum umpire mask just prior to the start of the Fall 2022 season. I waited to submit a review because I wanted to see how it held up over a full season, how comfortable it was and, most importantly, how it protected me. This mask offers both tremendous comfort and protection without any heaviness. Sight lines are clear and the leather pads are high quality. Specifically, I've taken a few foul balls directly to the mask and didn't feel a thing. A couple of weeks ago, I was working a high school game and took a foul ball dead center to the mask. I didn't feel a thing. Looking at the mask, the paint and bars still look great. I wear a 6-inch All-Star throat protector with it and can confidently report that this mask is fantastic and I highly recommend it.

Mask is definitely lighter in weight than my previous mask. I have yet to take a foul tip off it, but am pleased with the feel of it.

This is a terrific umpire mask for all levels. The lightweight nature of it makes it super comfortable in all conditions. The leather looks sharp and easy to maintain and clean.

I've had this umpire mask for over a year now. I started umpiring last year and didn't want to sink a lot of money into equipment if I wasn't going to stick with it. This has been a very comfortable and very protective mask. While I don't have any other sources of reference, it has done everything I would expect out of an umpire mask for baseball thru the JV high school level. Very comfortable, easy to get on/off, easily accommodates my sunglasses, and stylish too. I'm very happy with this mask.

This was for my son, who researched umpire masks by trying on various ones around town that the town had acquired. Whereas I read reviews and pored through different descriptions. We both reached the same conclusion. He loves this umpire mask. The leather is what makes it comfortable.

I thought about going with the cheaper Champro mask but it seemed like most reviews said they did or would buy better pads for it. It is cheaper to buy the better Diamond mask with the good pads up front. Very comfortable and light weight. I had no trouble learning to get it on and off without messing my cap up.

This umpire mask is perfect. I needed a lighter mask and it is light and strong. Already been hit several times with no lingering effects. I recommend it.

Best umpire mask on the market in my opinion. Love the matte black. Don't have to ever worry about your mask cracking or peeling.

Have bought and tried a number of masks and feel that this one offers the best protection and it is Extremely Light Weight. I have taken some tremendous fouls directly to the mask and it did its job without fail. The Diamond Big League Umpire Mask is the best value and offers great protection while being super lightweight.
