I really like having balls on the left and the 3/2/2 dials. It took about a game and a half before I fully adjusted to the "reversed" balls and strikes, but now I prefer it much more than having to mentally switch the numbers when I announce the count. It helped that I first used this while working the bases, so I was mostly there before getting behind the plate.
