I previously owned New Balance base shoes. Didn’t like the mesh plus, they were hurting my feet. I went to the Smitty shoe and they are easily the best shoe. Comfortable all-around. Very easy to clean after a game and very little mesh on the shoe.

Great shoes and Ump Attire is the best when it comes to customer service. There are a lot of retailers out there, but I've found Ump Attire to be the most customer service oriented. In my experience, these shoes do run a little small. I went with a 1/2 size larger than normal and they fit perfectly.
