Protect your officiating shoe investment and look your best on the field or court with Pedag Premium Shoe Polish.

We hand-picked this shoe polish as the best choice for polishing the higher gloss finishes seen in most umpire and referee shoes. Not only will it produce a long lasting shine and protect in only a few easy steps, but with it's convenient all-in-one tube with sponge applicator, it will also prove easy to use and to store in your equipment bag.

Use BLACK polish for all-black (or mostly-black) umpire plate or base shoes and CLEAR for black & white base shoes.

  • Produces a long lasting shine
  • Restores color
  • Nourishes a variety of smooth and grained leather and synthetic materials
  • Protects against water and dirt
  • Tube with sponge applicator
  • Color: black or clear

  1. Remove surface dirt and dust.
  2. Clean with water and mild soap (or your preferred cleaning solution).
  3. Squeeze the tube to start flow of polish onto sponge applicator.
  4. Apply thinly and evenly to entire smooth leather surface.
  5. Allow polish to dry.
  6. Then buff to shine with a cloth or brush.

I've been looking for a polish to keep my shoes looking great. The polish is easy to apply and gives my shoes a great look without all the work to polish.

Really easy to use. Be careful with the clear, as it will show an excess in crevices. If your shoes (NB turf from about 3 years ago) have some crevices that change direction near the bottom, you have to be careful to go with the grain so it will not show a lot of excess build-up.

Questions About This Product

Q: Can you use the clear over the black to help protect it even more?
– Matthew Cloaninger

The clear polish can be used over the black polish. We suggest waiting sometime after the black polish has dried completely so the clear polish, when applied, does not removed the black polish on to your clear polish sponge applicator.
