I did a lot of research to find the gloves with the best grip for my indicator but still give plenty of warmth, and this is what I came up with. I have found the grip is great. I have not used it in cold weather yet since I won't start umpiring for about another couple of months, but I do believe they will keep me plenty warm enough.

Great umpire bag! Several compartments for your pitch counters, lineup card holder and other small stuff. Divider separates you shirts and pants. Large side pocket for shoes or hats. Bottom portion holds 2 sets shin guards,chest protector,2 masks and field shoes. Would be nice to have a telescoping handle but this price is better than the ones with them!
