Franklin MLB All-Weather Pro Gloves

Gives my finger a lot of mobility.
Lake Elmo, MN
These gloves are great for cold weather umpiring. When working the plate, they are warm enough, but thin enough that I can leave them on while recording substitutions on my lineup card and reaching into my ball bag for a new baseball. While I also have really heavy gloves for the bases, these ones are warm enough to wear on the bases in all but the most extreme cold. These are well worth the price.
Used these gloves for the first time this weekend (38 degrees at game time minus wind chill). These gloves looked great, kept my hands warm, and easily allowed me to use my indicator and grip and throw baseballs. A great investment for our early spring games!
Questions About This Product
|Q:||With the Franklin gloves, can umpires wear liner gloves as a base layer for these Franklin umpire gloves?|
– David Stefaniak
We would not recommend attempting to wear liner gloves with these All-Weather gloves as the fit is much like batting gloves, only thicker and more weather resistant.– Sherie Sandifer
