Got these for my field shoes. I will be buying for my plate shoes most definitely. I umpire on a lot of turf fields and most definitely would recommend these. Well worth the money.

Madrid, Spain is famous for being really hot in the Spring and Summer, when most of the games are played. I purchased these soles to isolate my feet from the scorching heat coming out from the field. I have noticed a bit of improvement, but after 1 or 2 hours in the field, my feet are on fire again. These soles might protect you a bit because they act as an extra layer of protection but they are not really isolators. They are not worth the money. I rather purchase extra comfort soles with gel for example to be more comfortable even if my feet are scorching hot.
