UMPLIFE Flex Umpire Chest Protector Harness

This is the best thing I have ever bought. I have a Champro AMS chest protector and it was constantly moving around and I was constantly adjusting it. I just couldn't get the right fit no matter what I did. So I took a shot and bought this. I'm a bigger guy so I wasn't sure how well this would work for me but I was very surprised. My chest protector didn't move at all. I never really had to adjust my chest protector at all during the game. I wish I would have gotten one of these a long time ago. Installing this is super easy and there is plenty of room with the new straps. My chest protector almost feels like it was custom made just for me with this harness. Do not wait, get this as soon as possible. 20 year veteran umpire here and highly recommend this.

This is my second harness and it is super comfortable. Slips on and off quite easily and it doesn’t move around when you’re running. I highly recommend this product to all levels of umpiring.

Can’t say enough about the harness great with the force3 chest protector. Had the older one on my older Force3 chest protector. And I will say this one is a step up from that.

I've been using Ray's products for 6 or 7 years. I'm at the point that when I buy a new piece of equipment, I just go ahead and buy his harness to go with it. No need to even try the stock harness. His stuff is just that good!

I'm on my third one of these harnesses. The other two are in great condition, too. I am adding to a newer umpire CP I purchased. It simply adjusts well and locks my CP in place. No having to move my protector to get it in the correct spot during a game. It stays put!!

I wanted to upgrade the harness on my Champro AMT chest protector and decided on the UMPLIFE Flex harness. Well I was not disappointed! It provides a snug fit that and my chest protector stays put all game. No more having to push it up or pull it down due to shifting.

Fits great on my West vest and is very comfortable. Awesome upgrade to the harness that comes with the chest protector.

I bought this to replace the original harness on my Diamond Pro CP. After wearing it the first time, I did not realize how much I used to lift up on my CP from it shifting down. The UMPLIFE Flex harness keeps everything in place. I am no longer readjusting it. It's comfortable too. And I now it allows me to wear the lower extension on my protector. Beyond happy with this purchase!

I have purchased other harnesses for my chest protector and this one is by far the best. I would recommend this one to anyone that needs a replacement. My previous one was good but the quality of this one is by far superior. If only every chest protector came with this one when purchased.

Fits great on my Champro hard shell protector.

I bought this hoping it would fit my Adam’s chest protector. It did not so I installed it on my Cobalt chest protector. This is a wonderful design. Followed the instructions in the video and everything worked great. I definitely feel more secure with this on then the original that was about 5 years old. Didn’t even realize I needed a new strap system until I installed this one. Thanks for such a great product.

Excellent product, holds the chest protector up throughout the game. No slippage at all. It may take a bit to adjust to initially, but no big deal.

Great product. Only the horizontal straps are much too long.

I like this harness just as much as the personalized version from UMPLIFE. I measure it perfectly and then cut the extra strap length and fold it back into the buckles so there is nothing hanging. Looks and feels great!

A very well made and highly adjustable replacement harness that is well worth the money. I never have to “readjust” during a game as this harness keeps my chest protector up and in as it should be.

This Ump-Flex CP harness is the best and most comfortable harness I have worn to date. it feels great and it was easy to install after I removed my old harness and saved my old clips which I re-used for a perfect installation.

Definitely the best CP harness on the market. Straps are long, so you have lots of adjustability, and then they can be either taped or zip-tied down, or you can cut a piece off and burn the ends. Holds the CP up firm and takes away any adjusting during the game. I've noticed I no longer push my CP up from the bottom due to this harness. Holds it securely against me. Definitely worth the money.

Superior harness, comfortable.

This is my second UMPLIFE harness strap. The first one was awesome, and this one is better than the first one. Plus, when Ray himself fits your chest protector with the new straps, how can you go wrong? With this strap, it allows me to remove the Force 3 neck pad. My chest protector stays in place, and it feels amazing.

It is a lot more comfortable than the original harness. It took a couple of games to get it adjusted right, now I have it where I like it.

The fit and comfort of this harness is unsurpassed. I was constantly adjusting my chest protector and am shocked at the level of comfort and fit after changing out to the UMPLIFE harness. I feel safer knowing the upper chest area will not move during a game no matter how much I move around or sweat.

Love it!!! Was constantly lifting my chest protector before adding this harness. Fits amazingly tight and stays the whole game. A little tricky adjusting properly but I was able to figure it out. Do yourself a favor and replace your harness with this!

I recently purchased the Wilson West Vest Gold since I had the luck to umpire more high school games. The stock harness on that vest didn’t work and I needed something bigger. Once I installed this, omg my life changed. Was easier to put chest protector on and take off. Holds it’s place all game. Would highly recommend.

Outstanding product with a superior design. Easy to put on to replace your factory harness. Great fit, plenty of adjustment. Ensures the chest protector is snug and doesn’t shift during the game. Probably the best money you can spend to upgrade your equipment.

The UMPLIFE chest protector harness is so much more comfortable than the original Wilson West Vest harness. Installation was a snap, adjustments are easy, it is much more comfortable. All in all a home run!

Seems very strong. Elastic is thick and the design lets you double up the connections. Seems to hold chest protector very securely.

Another great product from UMPLIFE / Ray Brownlie. I have worn UMPLIFE harness since it first came out. This latest version is really on point and my chest protector never needs any adjustment during the game. I now wear this version on both of my chest protectors.

Easy to change on my Wilson West Vest, much more comfortable too. Still adjusting to get the perfect fit but love it. Would suggest to buy the T-clips as well if you have that type, mine were very rusty had to clean and paint before I could reuse.

I purchased this because of the positive reviews and also recommendations of friends. It was for my Wilson West Vest and I am very pleased with the result. The Wilson West Vest system was okay, but has a tendency to roll as you are placing it over your head and pulling it down into place. Also, the old one has a tendency to creep up and always needed adjustment during game. I switched to this and love it. My Wilson West Vest goes on easier and stays in place. I like the this as I can snug it up and nothing moves around. I do recommend it.

Before buying this umpire chest protector harness, I took a shot to the collarbone and my partner immediately asked me if I had a harness with my protector, of which I didn't. He said this would help and he's right. Protector is much more comfortable and it doesn't slide down anymore. Well worth the investment to replace the standard harness the protector comes with.

Hi, I bought this harness for my Wilson West Vest Gold. WOW, what a difference. It is 100% more comfortable and keeps you from always adjusting and tugging at your vest. Also, so far don't have a problem with elastic rolling. I give this harness a 10 out of 10 compared to the stock harness. Thanks Ump-Attire.com.

I buy most things on reviews so it is only fair that I leave one too. I have had this harness for less than a month, but I can say this harness outperforms anything else I have ever used. The stock harnesses always left me wanting something more secure. This is it. I still have a bad habit of trying to lift my new Diamond Pro chest protector, but then I realize it is already in perfect place. For those wondering about the straps, they are long. I am 6' and wear 38 comfortably around the waist. The straps are about 3 times as long as I need, but they are built for a very wide range of sizes. Great product, two thumbs up!

I love this harness because my chest protector doesn’t move. I’ve caught myself “adjusting” my chest protector out of habit with my old harness, but it’s completely unnecessary with my new UMPLIFE harness. I was skeptical of the hype BUT after purchasing I am all in on the UMPLIFE chest protector harness. It has my chest protector fitting perfectly for better protection and a clean and professional look. Now I just have to figure out what to do in between pitches when I’m not having to adjust my chest protector.

This harness holds the protector much better than the one I now have. Little or no-slip. Good solid straps.

I finally purchased this and changed out the harness on my West Vest Gold and what a difference. Used it in a game recently and it never moved. Before I would always have to "lift the chest protector" to make sure I was protected. Changed out last week and the system holds the umpire chest protector solidly in place. No slippage, or need to constantly readjust. Well worth the cost!!

Bought this on a recommendation from a fellow official. Works fantastic. Keeps my vest in place regardless of how much I perspire. I think the use of all elastic straps makes it even seem lighter.

I upgraded my umpire chest protector and while I love the new purchase, the addition of this harness is what really made the difference. I did not think I would need it at first, but several people suggested it. I am thankful I listened to them. I only wish I had it personalized :)

This chest protector harness is amazing. It holds the chest protector in place better than anything I've ever tried. I did long sprints and jumping Jack's and it barely moved an inch. There is so much material on the straps that it will just about anybody with any body type.

I just installed my Umplife Flex harness to my Schutt XV chest protector. My chest protector is a 1st version of the XV where the original harness was sewed into the padding. After some careful slot milling into each side collar plate & seam cutting of the old harness, I successfully mounted Ray's beauty. So far it fits great! Right from the get-go it's holding it up nicely over my shoulders. It's surprisingly tight with the doubling of the straps, so be prepared to go looser than what you're currently used to. Great product!
