I had to send these back. The thigh pads are not thick enough to serve any purpose in my opinion. Also there is no pocket for the protective cup.

Q: I wear a 34 for my pants. I have tights that are XL. I just want to make sure I don't get the wrong size since these can't be returned.

These tights run on the small side. As a 34, we recommend sizing up to a L. If you were to order an XL, you may risk the waistband will bunch up and be too baggy for tights.
