Must have when you’re making the call. Gives you that small time to think about the call before rushing to make a call using the wrong signal.
|
Ralph H. Jasper, IN |
Absolutely a must have for all officials especially if you are a newer official wanting to be sure of the signal and penalty enforcements. I try to get a new one each year.

Brett W. Oxford, AL |
Great product, and fits nicely in my 5" UMPLIFE card holder. Gives me peace of mind knowing I have a reference for signals that may not get used often. Seems durable and well-made.
|
Gil'Scott J. Thousand Oaks, CA |
Great quick reference, durable and waterproof.
|
James B. Crystal, MI |
This card is very useful for quick confirmation of penalties associated with various fouls. I think it could be improved with slightly larger print (maybe increase the length/height of the card. Might stick out of pocket some, but larger text is needed to read it easier.
|
William V. Pine Bluff, AR |
Good quick reference guide for new officials.
|
Mitchel O. Idaho Falls, ID |
Great to have for review.
|
Adam R. Charleston, SC |
It's "ok". Doesn't fit in the Card Holder so it would be one more item in your pocket. Also kind of hard to read as it has to fit so much information on it.

This card fits in shirt pocket, Smitty oversized, flip style card wallets, and UMPLIFE wallets. Does not fit in Smitty 5" book style card wallet.

Kurt H. Ladysmith, WI |
Perfect for someone moving to the "white hat" spot or for anyone who wants to review the signals.

Fantastic tool. Great for quick reference. Had to cut edges to fit into card holder.
|
Steve G. West Boylston, MA |
Very helpful for a quick review before a game. Some of the young guys saw this and asked where I got it - should be getting more orders!
|
George N. Tarpon Springs, FL |
Only complaint is it is just a touch to big to fit in my game card wallet, otherwise great product!
|
Kyle M. Mount Pleasant, WI |
Very helpful to have. I keep one with me at all times to remember the enforcements.
|
Andrew K. Lincoln, NE |
Quick access card for studying and help. Works great.
|
Jeff H. Luverne, MN |
Quick reference and study aid. Hopefully you never need it on the field as you should know these things. But everyone of us is susceptible to the occasional brain fart!
|
James J. Minnesota |
Good product that has great reminders for enforcement and signaling. Updated for the 2019 season which is helpful. The nature of the size makes it a little hard to read (a fold-able option would fix this), but still worth the purchase.

Rodney L. Washington, DC |
Great quick card.
|
Louis B. Indiana |
Great for for quick reference and fits in shirt pocket.
|
Larry H. Sharpsville, PA |
Finally found the quick reference reminder. When the game gets moving fast it's very helpful to keep our enforcement correct. I've been an Umpire for a long time and now as a "rookie" white hat it'll be a great resource to keep me in line.

John H. Oakdale, MN |
Excellent product, if you ever need reminders in a pinch.
|
Morgan H. Jonesboro, AR |
Great card. Helps out as a first year official.

Although it can not fit every football organization, it covers almost everything and is very handy for quick reviews before the game. Well made.

Good addition to any referee's bag.
|
Richard C. Staten Island, NY |
Great Product. Great to have on hand when you know you're right but everyone else thinks otherwise. Just wish I could get a bigger version. My eyes are not what they use to be.
|
Stephen M. Menomonie, WI |
This is a great little cheat sheet.
|
William W. Coffeyville, KS |
This was a great addition to my card wallet. I actually still have the wallet that has all of the signals in it, but I needed to refresh with some of the new signals, penalties and enforcements that have been added over the recent years.
|
Mark C. Fresno, CA |
This is the coolest card on the market. It has everything from NCAA to High School Penalty's along with the yardage. It is great for on the field and a quick review in game time situations, it is a must for all crew members.

Got one of these for a quick "cheat sheet" and refresher when taking the 'R' in lower level games. Fit nice inside standard game card holders. Only drawback is having to replace them when rules are added/updated/changed...
Questions About This Product
| Q: | Do these get updated every year or is it 6 to 1? I ordered one in 2021 but if they are updated every year I'm gonna wait because I may be doing some white hat games in 2023 and wanna make sure I get the signals right. – Jack Jensen |
| A: | These are typically updated if there is an upcoming rule change to stay current. Likely that is not known until late spring or early summer each year. – Brandon LawsonSupport Specialist, Pro Umpire School Graduate and Umpire, Football Official & Basketball Referee |
