I'm 5'-6" and 155 lbs. I usually wear a Medium or Large shirt for casual attire. So, most of my softball shirts are L or XL. I bought this Long Sleeve shirt strictly for vanity's sake. My other shirts wear me and kinda "hung" on me. So, this shirt and the other I bought, fit great. Even with my rather robust chest protector and long sleeve undershirt, it still looks just right. I also like these Smitty shirts because they don't really need ironing. Out of the dryer, I fold or hang them. No wrinkles when I put them on. Glad I got the smaller size that fits, just right.
