Force3 Universal Umpire Chest Protector Replacement Harness

I actually bought this to replace the harness for a Champro chest protector. It is very easy to swap the clips out. It keeps my protector exactly where I need it now. Awesome product. A+++

It was a great fit for my Cobalt chest protector. I think it feels more comfortable than my stock All-Star harness.

I was noticing that my Force3 Unequal (V1) was starting to leave a stain on my shirts where the metal triangle was. I was thinking I'd have to replace it...then I found this. 1) This is much cheaper than a new Unequal. 2) It's actually more comfortable than the original and easier to put the protector on because the space for the head to go through is bigger.

This is a very good harness. I use it for my light weight softball chest protector. I just wish the upper straps were elastic too. A very good value for the money.

Replaced the broken harness on a Champro Pro-Plus Armor. It was an easy swap and easily higher quality than the original equipment, which tore after only a few uses. It fits like its supposed to and no more shifting the gear after every pitch. Bonus: the side buckles on the Force3 fit the clips on the chest protector so no need to re-thread those straps.

Snug fit - replaced my West Vest Gold harness with this one - keeps my protector in place.

Was reluctant until reading the other reviews and one included a positive experience with a +POS protector retrofit. Replaced the original harness on my BB2000 last night without any issues. The straps are a tad wider but a pair of pliers and a little extra tug and they work just fine.

The quality of this product is great. I have tried all the umpire chest protector harness options, and I could see concerns if I was an extremely large official, but if normal fit build, it would be hard to beat the cost and quality of this item.

I have an old +POS hard-shell protector I am reluctant to part with but it was starting to sag as the straps were worn out. This harness fit it perfectly & converted easily with the new T-hooks I also purchased. I was hesitant as some reviews said straps were too short, as I am 6' 1" 210 lb. but they fit perfectly.

The Force3 really does hold the chest protector more snugly than the factory harness. The bottom straps are a little short so I can see how a bigger guy might have trouble with the fit. Good product, overall.

I purchased the Force3 Umpire Chest Protector Replacement harness which is a quality product for my Wilson Gold Chest Protector. The straps on the left and right need to be longer. Most Chest Protectors have the clasps on the sides opposed to the Wilson West Gold which have the slots where the T-Hooks connect in the front. I'm small guy 150 lbs and the straps can't stretch 10" on both sides to get into the slots. I have to return it because the straps are too short. I like the quality and would by it again if they made the straps longer.

I wear a 44R on a sport coat, and wear a large shirt when umpiring. The harness barely fit around my chest. I'm right near the end of the adjustment buckle. It's a good harness, but they should've made the straps longer.

Bought to use on my West Vest to raise the front up-close to neck for better protection and it did exactly that.

Just purchased this product to replace my current straps for my chest protector and it fit like a glove. I am so happy with this product that my son and a friend also purchased this product. It is a great improvement over the old straps. I highly recommend this product for everyone who has a Force 3 umpire protector.

Purchased this item to replace the straps on my Champion Body Armor CP which I've used for 5 years now doing high school up to semi pro and highly recommend. Chose this over the All Star system because I'm 6'5" 240 and everybody says the straps are too short. After changing the straps over I tried it on and the shoulder straps were more than long enough allowing me to cinch it up on the neck where it should be and still could get it off over my head. Great!! Then I tried doing up the waist straps and they are so short I can't imagine them being long enough to fit any normal sized adult male. Didn't want to mess with return process so I took the old waist strap cut it in half and threaded through the adjustment buckle and it fits great, comfortable and allows for more snug fit than with the old straps. Would recommend this product if you're willing to do a little customizing. They might want to consider making the waist strap to fit real people.
