The pants are comfortable and keep you cool, but just heads up...they attract EVERY piece of hair, lint, and anything else within a 5 mile radius. EVERYTHING sticks to them, so use your garment bags and get a lint roller or duct tape!

These pants are so comfortable! Much cooler and look way better than the thick and pleated front pants. I plan to purchase two more pair during this season.

These pants are great on hot days but the color only last about 2 seasons.

High-quality pants. With many MLB umpires now wearing the flat front plant, I decided to give them a try. They look great and have a terrific fit. The material, color and crease make this a no-brainer. If you want to look like a professional, dress like one.

Love the material and how they are made. I'm disappointed that the base pants I ordered look more like a combo pant. This is not the look I want or see watching college or MLB games.

The Smitty 4-Way Stretch Base Umpire Pants with expander waistband are the BEST umpire pants on the market. They are worth every penny. The flat front style gives a sleek & clean look while working on the bases; the material is great, especially on those warmer days. Comfortable good look material. Helps keep cool on the field the cut is little high waisted for someone built like me 5'9" 220 but that is the cut of these pant other that got to say great pants and quality.

Pants are truly amazing! Wish we could wear these in our local high school season. They up hold dirt a lot better than navy and are more comfortable than the navy pants. The flexible waist band help with odd size waist, and gives you the extra inch or so of room. Would recommend them to every umpire!

The Smitty Performance Poly Spandex Umpire pants are without a doubt the best umpire pants I have bought. To begin with the price for them is less than other outlets are charging. I have never been a fan of pleated pants so I am glad that they are flat front. I normally have to size up with other pants however since these stretch with the poly-spandex material I am able to wear a 44 without the expansion waist.
