1 3/4" Genuine Leather Referee / Umpire Belt

Great belt. Think they run a little small as I'm a 36" waist, so order a 38" belt and I can maybe get to the 2nd hole. Overall great, but might order one size bigger than sizing chart suggests.

The belts from Ump Attire last longer keep their shape and has a great price. With gaining weight, I rely on Ump Attire for my equipment; belts, shoes and shirts.

I got the belt according to the size chart and I can only get to the first hole. Same size I was when I ordered the belt, so I'm going to say they aren't true to size. I wear a 36 waist and according to the chart I needed a 38 belt which is what I bought.

This belt fits great with pants.

Despite being the same size across all kinds of casual and formal brands, this belt needed to be sized up twice to work with my Smitty shorts. I followed the initial recommendation on the website to size up one size, but that wasn't nearly enough. It's a five-star belt with one-star sizing. Now that I have the right belt, I love it!

I use this umpire belt all year long as a regular belt. Not only for sports, but for everyday wearing.

A quality belt with a clean and crisp finish. Be sure to loop the belt over the last portion of the buckle so you don’t look like Santa Claus. In short, a very durable belt that blends in with your uniform. If you want your belt to stand out, buy the patent leather belt. Also, size up, so the notch will fit somewhere in the middle of the belt.

Great quality and gets the job done. I like the look much better than the Hi-Gloss finish belts, although tt does wear a little faster than the Hi-Gloss. Make sure you size up a little.

Good solid belt. I’d recommend ordering up one extra size as I felt that the belt is a bit small even though I ordered one size up.

Perfect size and strength. I go through a lot of belts. I just finally bought another after 2 years of wearing the same one that was slightly bigger. I'm losing weight so I had to buy a smaller one. Hopefully, I keep losing weight so I can get an even smaller one next season.

Better go with a bigger size. I need to lose a little weight for my belt to work.

Quality leather umpire belt that fits true to size. This is not the shiny patent leather belt that many umpires wear, so if you want the shiny belt choose the other model. For the standard leather umpire belt, this is high quality at an affordable price.

Just received this belt today. The quality appears to be fine, but DEFINITELY GO SEVERAL SIZES ABOVE YOUR NORMAL WAIST SIZE! I typically buy pants with a 31” or 32” waist. I ordered a 36” and it fits without much room to spare. If you wear 32” pants, perhaps consider a 38” belt. That should provide ample room. Belt in a 36” size has 7 holes and mine barely made it to the 3rd hole.

Great quality & it is sturdy. It completes the uniform for a professional look. I bought a 32" belt for a 31" waist, and the fit was perfect (no long tail in the belt loop). The polished buckle is a nice finishing touch.

Good durable belt. I could have gone maybe a size bigger kind of tight till broken in. Good thing for umpiring and refereeing to break it in.

This belt is well-made, looks nice, and can be polished. The leather is 1/8" thick and 1-5/8" wide (not truly 1-3/4"). For football I wear Smitty size 34 pants, and the size 38 belt is right for me. Usually I wear the belt 1 notch tighter than the middle hole. When wearing warmer clothing e.g. undershirts, I loosen the belt 1 notch to the middle hole.

Belt is wide which is good to hold a ball bag but the buckle could be better.

I've been using it until now, so I'm getting tired of it, so I bought a new one. It has been active for a long time. It is a very easy-to-use and good product. Made of Boston leather is the best.

I like the belt, but it actually was shorter in length than the same one I had (same size). I’m a 34, ordered a 36 (same as previously). So just have to order up. As it wears in, it definitely can be “stretched.”

Exactly the belt I want when working the bases. I wear the patent leather belt for plate to match the shine of my New Balance plate shoes.

Great belt! The sizing is perfect and the leather quality is something I would expect with a dress belt. I got the basic leather belt and "dressed it up" with a quality liquid polish. It now shines like my dress shoes.

If you like to have a little extra belt end then maybe order two sizes up, mine fits but it is a little tight with only two holes to spare. Also, the buckle seems a little low quality.

I am a size 34-36 and it was a little tight. I like the belt in all but maybe go up one size.

I am a size 36 waist. Ordered a size 40 belt. Belt is at the last punches hole. With people saying a size or two up from what you would normally wear, I would recommend 3 sizes up. Other than that, it's a nice belt.

Thought if I bought the next size up from the waist of my pants I would have enough length, should have gone at least 2 sizes up. Belt however is very well made.

Sizing up is perfect. I wear a 33 normally so went a size up from a 34 (ie I ordered a 36) and it's just about perfect!

Looks good and feels durable. I sized up two inches like I do with every belt and it is still a little small. I would recommend sizing up an extra two inches with this umpire belt.

Definitely a nice belt. But get a size even bigger. I wear a 36 pant, bought a 38 belt, definitely needed a 40. The belt fits on the first notch, and that's just not enough.

Got my son this for Christmas and it was a great price and he says they are the best and easy to care for and keeps him looking his best on the field. He says you have to keep buying as the ball bags cause them to lose the nice look. Good buy.

Great umpire belt- This is my second one from this company and the other is around 5 years old and is in great condition, but the size did not keep up with my waist, lol. I will caution, order at least one size above your waist size. Unlike dress and casual belts, these are not a couple of inches longer than your waist size.

I bought this umpire belt two years ago. It holds 2 ball bags with 2 balls each very well. Looks good and a decent price.

I bought this belt when I first got started umpiring in 2006 directly from the original Ump-Attire warehouse and the original owner Beulah Hester. It has served me well. I wear it in all levels of baseball from youth rec ball to NCAA Division I. I initially wore it as a base and plate belt but since 2008 as a base belt only and it still looks great. The belt has several sizing holes. Mine is a 38. I was a 36 waist and lost a lot of inches in Afghanistan and went down to a 32. It fit me well at all size ranges. I don't think there is a better bargain for leather belts on the market. I highly recommend it.
