Red Zebra Rapid-Dry Gel Pen
OFFICIAL 2-MINUTE REVIEW: Red Zebra Rapid-Dry Gel Pen
ACC & SEC Baseball Umpire, Scott Kennedy, gives you the details about the same Red Zebra Rapid-Dry Gel Pen most of the MLB Umpires you see have them (NCAA Umpires too) in their shirt pocket.
I have tried several ways to keep track of the line-up. Folding pens, mini pens and pencils, gel ink, etc. and all ended up smearing or letting me down in the long run. Until I tried the Zebra Rapid Dry Gel pens from Zarasa! These pens are worth the cost. They dry quickly, last a long time and look professional. The red is nice to have as most coaches will use black ink or a pencil, so easy to see your own notes at a glimpse. The gel ink works well in all types of weather. The paper line up card will wrinkle up and tear before you'll be unable to write due to weather. Do yourself a favor and get one or two of these. You can thank me later!
This is the second pen I've purchased now. The 1st bled out the top ruining the pocket of one of my shirts. The second pen is now showing the same possibility that it may happen again. Probably will not purchase the same pen again.

You know what, I was skeptical about this one. After all, it's a pen. How excited can you be? I used it in the cold and drizzle and I was really impressed. No smears, works on moist paper and it really stands out when you need to mark up a lineup card. I really like this, sure it's only a pen but, it's a really useful tool.

Styron, the rapid-dry ink technology is ideal for lefties to eliminate smears and smudges. However, righties also will love writing with this pen.
