Smitty Traditional Half-Zip Umpire Jacket - Black and Powder Blue
Looks great and feels great! Good liner on the inside, wore for the first time behind the plate on a 65 degree night and it wasn't unbearable at all. Easy to wash and maintain cleanliness. Purchased the Black on Light Blue on White 4" Precision Cut Numbers as well and it looks SHARP! Will be purchasing the white piped shoulders thanks to this purchase.
Warm enough for those cool to cold mornings and evenings in the south. Size up for plate equipment but normal for bases. Love the jacket and will buy more in other colors.

Good umpire jacket but as others mentioned, a little tight with plate gear on. (I have the Wilson Gold which is a littler larger than most.) I am 6'00" 200lbs and typically a large so I bought a large. I can get it on with some effort when working plate, but it fits great when working bases, so I kept it.
Questions About This Product
|Q:||Just wondering if this is warm enough for 45-55 degrees with wind. I think it is lined and not just a shell. Please confirm before I buy Thanks. |

This umpire jacket does have a nylon lining under the outter shell. While everyone's body adjusts to temperatures differently, this jacket should keep you warm (and dry) for conditions as cold as about 40 degrees. You can always layer up under this jacket to make sure you are comfortable through the last inning.– Josh Mann
