Description says that a L/XL fits 7 1/8 to 7 3/4. I wear a 7 3/8 in every type of hat or cap. When I received the hat, I was very disappointed. No way does it fit 7 3/8, much less 7 1/8. Way, way too big. If you wear anything smaller than a 7 1/2, do NOT order a L/XL. Very disappointed!

Product is slightly better than I expected. The lightweight design and ventilation are plusses. The elastic/universal fit is comfortable. I think there will be a trade-off with the longevity compared to a sized-cap/structured, but for now, I'm happy to have this option in the arsenal. Downsides? It puckers a bit in the back. It's tough to say if that's my specific issue related to my head size/shape or a function of the universal sizing.
