The ventilation for this is key. It’s bad enough that the heat in Vegas is bad from August into early November, but my own body heat makes it worse. Having a ventilation system makes it more tolerable.

Force3 Pro Umpire Mask Replacement Harness

I changed to this from the original harness. It is a much better fit and feel, and actually much more comfortable! The rubber grips on the inside has a superior feel with a skull cap, yet it’s not so attached to it where you have to worry about the skull cap coming off when you pull your mask off. If nothing else, when you buy any Force3 Defender Umpire Mask, make sure you get this harness as well. You’ll be glad you did!
