Made by Smitty, the official supplier of NCAA Championships, it is medium weight and has everything you need for your high school and collegiate games: Water-resistant shell, stand-up collar that can zip up all the way when it turns colder plus a standard elastic waistband.

The short sleeve jacket works great for windy not warm conditions. I was surprised at how well it worked out. Great addition to my umpiring wardrobe. I wish it was not lined, but likely that is a plus for durability and comfort.
