The sleeves have a tight opening which keeps the sleeves from hanging on the biceps. Perfect shirt to show off the "guns" to let the players and coaches know you aren't one to be challenged.

This is a great referee shirt for the price and I love that it didn't have flag over the pocket because I like to have one sewn on it because it looks better than the one made in it from the company. This is the fourth one that I have bought in the last few years and I will buy another one if and when I need one.

It's a nice shirt but I bought a 4X and the tail is not long enough to keep the shirt tucked in. I would not buy that shirt again.

This is a low maintenance football referee shirt. Just wash and hang to dry. It is comfortable and lightweight. The sleeves were comfortable and did not feel tight around my arms.
