Very high quality. I always prefer a fitted umpire cap over an adjustable one. These are solid and well constructed. They do tend to run a bit small. I have somewhere around 30 different fitted caps and hats, and I always wear a 6 7/8. With these (I have one black and one navy), the 6 7/8 fits a bit tight. I would recommend going 1/8 inch larger than your normal size.

Questions About This Product

Q: Is the brim sized smaller so it fits under an umpire mask?
– Matthew Romeo
A:

Yes, the brim is smaller than a standard cap in order to fit under your umpire mask. A 4-stitch is the most popular bill size for umpires to use with a mask.
