Wooden Umpire Plate Brush

There are a lot of stiff bristles for cleaning the plate. The large wooden handle is perfect for the second ball bag and cleaning off the plate after a slide that covers the plate with batter’s box dirt. Excellent tool for behind the plate.

I love this brush. The bristles are a little stiffer than others, making it easier to clean off the plate. Once the game is over, I will use it in my plate or base shoes to get the dust off them before I put them in my shoes bag.

I had to replace my original brush of 14 years. These are great brushes for the price.

Good brush, does what is needs to do. I keep this style on me and the plastic ones as a backup.

I like the sturdy feel of the wood handle it fits nicely in my hand. This brush always makes me think of Bob Ross as I clean the plate and silently remind myself that I'm a happy little umpire. The bristles are durable and will need a solid season of use before showing any signs of wear.

The Champro wooden umpire plate brush is a solid product. After seven seasons (30-40 games per season), the brush still has all its bristles. The label has worn off, but the rest of the product is still intact. I would consider buying it again if it ever decides to quit on me.

I've never needed anything fancy to wipe dirt off the plate. This works very well.

Great brush for the plate. Works well for bases also. My pet peeve are umpires who don't consistently clean their bases, I use this brush frequently during a game. After a stolen base or slide and between half innings. The brush wears well for many seasons. This is the best brush out there.
