Sherie Sandifer

Sherie has been with us since 2016 and she currently serves as our Office/Service Manager. She is responsible for all office procedures and day-to-day responsibilities and uses her organizational skills to ensure smooth operations in a busy work environment. One of her tasks includes recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new employees.

Sherie's role also comes with being the Customer Service Manager as well. This role is rather unique to us in that we believe that world-class customer service starts with quality order processing and fulfillment standards, not just in after-the-fact service. Getting your order out on-time and accurately requires a great deal of collaboration between warehouse and service staff. When done right, it creates a better, all-around experience for the customer.

Sherie's family moved here from Michigan when her husband, Randy, was transferred with the Ford Motor Company in 2012. She balances her role with being a mom. She has a daughter and three sons, two of whom also work for us: Austin as the Warehouse Manager and Dylan in our order fulfillment department as an inventory specialist. She was thrilled when she became a grandmother in March of 2022.
