Love the heavier material for cold weather games. Working in Minnesota, it's well worth the investment. I'm usually an XL, and I ordered an XL, and there is plenty of length to the shirt. I like the collar around the neck, too. Good bang for your buck.

Okay, I am a wimp when it comes to cold and this is perfect. Used it first weekend I had it, with the fleece lining and coated outside, it kept me nice and toasty and will be perfect for those late season rain or snow games we get here in New Mexico.

Great referee shirt. I'm a taller guy (6'4") and the arm length is too short. With a black long sleeve under, it doesn't look terrible, but it's short. Otherwise, really like.

Great cold weather referee shirt for our late fall season in Maine! The outer shell is very effective during high winds and also expels water during rainy nights. Well worth the money to stay warm. Because of the outer material, I recommend buying a size larger than usual so you can wear a black tee shirt or layer under. Great value!

The cold weather referee shirt does a nice job stopping wind and holding body heat. It is over-sized just a little, but does not give/flex at all when trying to put it on or remove. Suggest one size larger than standard long sleeve.

This fleece-lined referee shirt is a must for officials in cold weather areas. They do a fantastic job of keeping the wind off of you and they look great in the process.

This shirt will keep you warm and dry. It can make you sweat if it is not cold. Not much flexibility in the material, so order one half to one size larger. It does match the non water-resistant shirts, so you will still look like a team. If you work in less than favorable weather conditions, this shirt is for you. If you can tolerate the cold and wet, then not necessary. I prefer to feel warm when working, I don't wear gloves, and this shirt will keep you warm.
