Have only used once but it did the trick. Kept me warm during a late game in Michigan (temp in the low 30's with wind). Don't know about rain yet.

Good cold weather shirt that is good for wind and cold weather. Keeps most of the rain out but you’re still a bit wet on inside.

Definitely keeps you warm. Warning though, the interior feels like plastic, so do not wear it on bare arm skin if you think you will sweat at all.
