Excellent quality umpire shirt. Does run a little big, so needed to go up a size.

I ordered an XL shirt, it looked fine, but the size is huge. Order at least 1 size down, I had to return the item. It was to my knees long, maybe a "TALL", I am thinking a 6'6 guy might wear this.

Sized for behind the plate. Looks and feels good.

It runs true to size, maybe a little big. No need to order bigger thinking you need to fit the chest protector, it stretches easily over it and looks great too!

Looks great. Runs a little big, but perfect for working games behind the plate to go over your chest protector. Material will snag or get caught on sharper objects.

Really good umpire shirts. I've become a little self conscience about my appearance. I wear a size 2XL. These shirts are made bulkier for the plate, so now I'm buying an XL to wear on the bases. I'm also down 30 pounds.

What can I say? It's Smitty. In other words, buy it. This is my first season, but these umpire shirts seem so well made they will probably last at least 3 seasons. The advertisement for the size is correct: I wear a large polo shirt. The Smitty size large is for behind the plate with a chest protector. Go one size down to work the bases.

Fits as expected. This was a replacement shirt (used my previous one for several seasons) and is exactly like my previous version so no complaints and the quality/feel of the shirt is the same as always.

Great shirt! Light enough for warmer weather and still comfortable while it's colder weather in early spring. I love the fact that these Smitty shirts stay tucked in with my Smitty plate pants without any sort of keepers. I bought another brand that looked great, at twice the price, but had trouble keeping them tucked in doing plate work. So it's Smitty brand umpire shirts for me.

The weight of this shirt is perfect. In the heat it cools nicely. And in the cooler weather it keeps me comfortable.

I ordered my Smitty Ump shirt in the morning and had it the next day. Very fast shipping. However, going by what other people said I ordered the shirt the same as what I wore and it fit just right, the problem was that it wouldn't fit over my chest protector. I had to re-order and send the other one back. I don't consider this to be Ump-Attire.com's fault.

Love the Smitty shirts, much lighter and cooler than other brands I have used in the past. If they last for many seasons is yet to determined!

Great Value. Looks good. Check sizing closely. I normally wear Large shirts sized for plate, had to bump down to Medium this year for this brand.

These Smitty shirts are the best on the market in my opinion. They are heavier than the open mesh designed shirts, but still breathe nicely. I also don't feel like I'm getting sun burned through the shirt when I wear them, unlike the open mesh shirts. With a performance undershirt underneath I have no problem umpiring all day out in the 103+ degree Texas sun.

These shirts are good quality shirts, the only down side to them is they are heavier then for example the ultimate shirt, or any of the micro-mesh shirts. I would not recommend wearing one of these shirts if you are behind the plate on a hot day. I would however recommend these shirts for early spring and fall games.
