The material is great, the quality is great, but the sizes are off by a factor of 2 if you are bigger than a C. Simple as that. Bought these for my kid who is learning to ump. She is 5'7" and 140lbs. She literally could not get the Medium on and still be able to move her arms, and there is no way to get the Large over the plate ump gear. We ended up buying a whole 2nd set of men's shirts for plate umping. It would be VERY helpful for the size chart for women's shirts to have accurate chest, bicep and waist measurements or a "size finder" where you plug in your measurements and field/plate to get the right size, especially since there is so little women's sizes in umpire apparel. Something that fits a 6'3" 240lb man doesn't fit my teenager girl, but neither did these.

The cut of this shirt is very flattering, however, when the top button is fastened, it is uncomfortably snug on my neck. (And I don't have an abnormally large neck or anything.)

Love this shirt. Love that it is a women’s cut. I feel like it fits so much better than the men’s version. I hope that we get more women’s cut shirts.
