Wilson MLB 4" Umpire Throat Guard

Does it’s job and it’s not too long. Nice straps for attachment to mask.

I should have bought this years ago as it surely would have prevented a few fouls from getting under my mask. It snaps easily onto mask.

Not too large. Not too small. Just right. Fits my non-Wilson mask as if it was made for it.

Love the way this throat guard attaches - the strap and snap button attachment on the Wilson is what drew me to this throat guard over others I have used previously.

I ordered this because I purchased a new mask and gave my first one to my son. Good looking guard and fortunately I cannot comment on it's functionality but it's there when I need it. Easy to attach and I love the straps with snaps. Looks like it will hold up well.

Took one to the neck and immediately went home and bought this throat guard. Works great and when attached properly doesn't move around and you don't even notice it's there.

I like the 4" throat guard. It offers enough protection and does not hang down too far. The 6" one kept hitting the back of the catcher's helmet.

The way I position the 4" throat protector under the mask I believe it's safe enough not to need a 6" protector.

Perfect size for me and the snap fasteners are much better than the zip ties I've used previously.

I bought two for each of my masks, I don't like the 6" protector, this one is just perfect. Just another great product from a great company.

I took my last one off because it got in the way sometimes. Man did I make a huge mistake. I got one in the jaw right under my mask and needed to cap some teeth. Never again will I not wear this protector.

Love it. Wouldn't go without!

A must have for the hockey style helmet. It has saved me several hits to the throat area.

A great throat guard and was glad I bought the 4 inch instead of the 6 inch, as the 4 inch seems just right length wise. I like having it especially stopping balls from hitting my throat!
