Good umpire hat. Typically, I use it when behind the plate and have a secondary hat for base duty.

I like these 4-stitch hats. Good for my mask. Richardson makes the best ump hats. Know your flex fit size. I wear 7.25 so, the S/M is the one that fits me best.

I have a tough time finding combo hats that are comfortable. This one fits the bill. I do put a dryer sheet in the front to keep bugs away - sometimes that falls out easier than other past Richardson models but it's very comfortable nonetheless.

XL sizing says to 7 5/8. I run in the 7 5/8 - 7 3/4 range and this cap fits fine. No complaints.

Good umpire cap at a good price. I have no trouble wearing it behind the plate. The material does a nice job of wicking away sweat and it's not as hot as a wool cap.

This umpire hat is the perfect weight and the fit is spot on. This 'combo' hat has a bill that fits under a mask comfortably and on the bases it provides good sun protection. I would recommend this hat to anyone.

The hat is cool for those sweltering summer games. If you buy the correct size it will fit fine and wear well. I actually purchased these hats to replace Boombah hat, and find the fit much better and 1/2 the price.

The hat looks awesome and feels great while wearing it, BUT, not while wearing your mask. The hat slides down onto my head when I put on my mask. The hat fit me very loose and felt very uncomfortable with my mask. I had to buy a different Richardson plate hat that was sized more snug.
