I have used this item one time the temperature that day was 93 with a high heat index of about 100, it definitely kept me cool with two packs in. Filed type was crushed brick dust. Looked forward to seeing how it holds up. I would recommend this to umpires who are calling several games in the summer.

It was initially burning to the touch because it was so cold but after about 5 mins it was amazing. This product kept me relatively cool behind the plate the whole day.
