I saw some negative reviews here so wanted to give a really positive one. I've used this indicator for three months and roughly twenty games now, and I love it. You learn the notches in a couple of games, you still check but it's really handy to just feel it. I like the weight, it feels solid in my hand and it's thin enough that I can take my mask off with my left hand without any problems. The mechanism is clear and crisp. I added a couple of drops of oil into each dial and it made it so smooth I felt like Clint Eastwood. I don't think I could ever go back to a plastic or un-notched indicator now. I can't recommend this highly enough.

I like the indicator but some of the numbers were faded right out of the packaging. It’s hard to see the numbers. I’m not sure if it was a factory issue or if they all come like this. I do like that it only shows 3 balls and 2 strikes, as well as 2 outs.

I am extremely satisfied with the weight and level of protection this chest protector provides. I have taken 3-4 solid shots now with it on and it has done a fine job absorbing the force.
