Champro Black Rampage Magnesium Umpire Mask with Dri-Gear
I recently purchased this mask, and I have umpired for 25 years and this is by far the best umpire mask I have ever owned. Very light weight and comfortable to wear during those long games. Like the other reviewers the pads are not up to par for any high level games. So I immediately replaced them with a new set of the Wendy pads and this combination can not be beat for an umpire mask. Would highly recommend for any level.
I really like this frame. The pads are less than worthless, just to be lightweight. You can feel the frame if you push into the pads. The harness is strangely wide, sticky and ugly. Probably designed for a catchers helmet. Team Wendy pads and a Wilson harness made this a pro setup. Add a Mizuno throat protector, and it looks even cooler.
Love this umpire mask and how light it is!! I did replace the pads that come with the mask with the Wilson Memory Foam which made it even better. The wide headband in the back provides extra comfort and more security. Highly recommend!
