I got this to use for football to time the 25/40 as it says multiple timers. Not a fan for Football as I want to use 2 separate times. Looks like via the instructions, you can set 2 timers but you cannot switch between them. You can run one and at the end of it, the second one runs. For football, you'll need to be able to select which timer runs as it could change each time. There is no way to tell which one is running unless you look at it and again, you can't select between the two times. Maybe I'm missing something but the instructions aren't amazing but will get you thru the setup. It does run well and the vibration is very strong so there is not doubt when it's going off.
