Well, if you have a fairly muscular calf - I'd say buy this with caution..especially for the price. It was like trying to stuff a golf ball into a garden hose. Once on, I didn't notice any restrictions and after the game (of about 2.5 hours behind the plate) my feet and legs felt pretty good - thus the 3 stars. But then getting them off - geez - peeling them off was the only way, and even that took some doing. So buyer beware - seems like a good product, but a little expensive and really hard to get on and off for some folks.
