Love this whistle. Fits perfectly on my fingers. I certainly recommend this for newer officials to have a nice strong whistle without having to think about it and to avoid inadvertent whistles.

This whistle is LOUD. Unlike the classic Fox 40, the sound comes out both above and below where you blow. Because of this, the sound comes back to your ears. I find I do not blow this whistle as loud or I get a ringing in my ears. I went back the classic.

Sounds great I like the fingergrip because I don't like having my whistle in my mouth in fear of an inadvertent whistle. I don't have to fumble around for my whistle which is moving on my lanyard.

This is REALLY loud! I have a classic Fox 40 which is fine for outdoor use without earplugs, but with the Sonic I need them. Great product but I bought a classic one instead.

This is by far the loudest whistle I have ever used. Good enough for a large stadium.

Good whistle. Having the whistle in my mouth the entire play makes me nervous. I'm worried I might blow it when I don't want or mean to--haven't yet but.... . Im going to try this and see if I like it.

Great product! Bought one of these a couple years ago to use during varsity contests. Cannot find them at any other officials stores around here! Works great and I am going to get another one for this year.
