Functional and a little as smallish. Good quality and great price. Bought 4 to have extras. Never fails someone forgot theirs at kickoff time. So I always seem to have an extra one. Personally I prefer the sweatband type for my right hand for hash mark indicator. I wear a watch or my left hand. I would recommend having a few in your gear bag.

It meets the proposal, it is a simple elastic. Attention only if your wrist is thin, adjustments may be necessary.
