Amazing protection! Comfortable plate shoe and mid-cut height to protect against shots at the ankle areas.

I went with these umpire plate shoes after success with their low-rise version. After I broke them in, they have been great and I feel more stable behind the plate. They offer support to my ankles while maintaining a comfort that allows me to easily do three or more games behind the plate.

I love these shoes. I have used them from little league all the way to summer collegiate leagues. Protects great, and they are comfortable to wear. My only complaint is they are hot. They don't move air very well.
