The users are correct. Select a size one size down from your normal size. This jacket runs very big. If you wear XL, buy an L. The fleece lining is not as good as on the older jackets. Too bad. The pockets are more shallow than before and instead of fleece lining, they are plastic. Everything in life seems to go downhill. I'm going to see if my wife can transplant my old pockets into this one. I wish products would get better with new generations not decline.

The jacket fits fine if you size down. The only problem is even if you size down the neck is still too large. It won’t keep your neck warm or protected from the rain. I ordered a large for the bases and it fits fine except for the neck. My neck is 17 1/2 and the neck on the large is 22. It looks like your head is setting in a big bucket. Not a professional look.

Let's get real here. The jacket is overpriced and the style I don't care for it. You would think since we all had to change uniforms they would throw us a discount. But GREED is king right now.

Great umpire jacket but wow, the sizing is crazy. Order a size less than you normally do. I normally wear an XL but it fit like my old 2X jacket. It’s HUGE. Like the collar on this version.

Much like the pullover, this is lighter than the previous thermal jacket. I actually like this one better than the old one. Better and trimmer fit. The only issue is that you’ll likely only use it twice or three times during the season. It is a good jacket though.
