These pants feel so much better that the original ones. Definitely softer, and smoother on your skin when running. I would highly recommend these to any official looking to feel more comfortable out on the field.

Pants feel much different then most officials pants that you will pick up, I’m guessing it’s the increase of 6% spandex to 10%. They seem very lightweight but constructed good. The waist unlike other Smitty pants fits well I don’t think you’ll need to size up as I wear a 34 and my old Smittys were a bit tight these ones have just the right amount of room.

Questions About This Product

Q: Are the leg openings tight? Or can they possibly go over your shoe?
– Christopher Mace
A:

Yes, the width of the leg opening is more narrow than traditional referee pants. We recommend putting your pants on first, then your shoes.
