Good Call Officiating Speak Easy Headset

I wore this for my All-Star game I worked. Very nice setup. It works perfectly with my Midland. The push button attached great to my belt and stayed put. Definitely recommend this product.

I had the old style push to talk on the mic. The rest of my football crew had this style and raved about it, so I bought it. Absolutely love it. So much easier to push on the waist than fumble to find the button up on the shirt zipper. Much clearer and easier to communicate with the crew. Absolutely love it.

This is the best headset that I have had, and I would recommend it to anyone who needs one. This is the only one I will ever use in my lifetime of calling. I bought mine in December of last year, and I used it for the 1st time in August it broke on my 1st game, and I emailed customer service, and they replaced it with no problem for free, and I got my new one in a couple of days later so awesome to have someone like them to do that for us Officials.

This is the best PTT headset so far. Yes, it needs some tweaks, but it makes it much easier to communicate with the crew! If you’ve experienced the headset continuously cutting out, you’re using a radio that’s too old. The manufacturer recommends the Midland T71 or T51 model radios.

Very easy to use. The communication is very clear. No issues.

Since the season is almost over, thought I would share this. Haven't used my Speak Easy headset since about week 3. Went back to the old system. The unit continuously cut out after approximately 1 second. Fellow officials heard nothing but static. The system definitely has to be "tweaked". Also too many cumbersome wires; unable to hide them all. Thanks for reading.

This is a great accessory, and it is much more usable at your belt line versus neck line.

I love this headset. It's way easier having the button on your belt. The only thing is the wires are pretty long. I would absolutely recommend this product.

It is a great system. The only thing is the clasp that hooks the push-to-talk button on your pants needs to be longer as it sometimes pops off. Any ideas on how to possibly change or fix this?

It's good. I just wish it wasn't so expensive and there was a better way to hook it to my belt. If the clasp could rotate, that would be a game changer.

I think it’s a good product to have because it makes it easier to communicate by having a microphone separate from the push button so you don’t cover your mic when talking. My only issue is that I didn’t start using this product until the season started in late August and I get feedback from my crew that they can’t hear me because it keeps making a noise like I am just pressing the button to talk when holding down to speak. This would be the reason I give it 3 stars instead of 5.

Great addition to my Midland Radios, it makes it a lot more professional looking when you are using the radio, instead of pushing a button by your neck you are just pushing on your belt. My crew members say it sounds really clear as well. Only bad thing about the construction of it is the alligator clip for the microphone fell off and I lost it after only 2 games.

Great equipment addition for our crew. Very clear even over crowd noise. The push button is always there. You're not fumbling around for a small mic with a small button.

It takes some getting used to with the wires but once I get it in the perfect spot it works great. Personally I hate having the mic/button on my collar because I can never find it and this one is perfect, the mic is in a great spot and the button being on my belt is very convenient and out of the way.
