Football Referee Information Cards

Great card.

The cards are pretty good. I wish the scoring record area was a little bigger and there was a spot for the fourth captain that most schools here in our district do. I do love the spot to track where the clip was, the yard line and down and distance for the end of first and third quarter along with whose ball it is. They are pretty good cards. Have not used them in rain or snow yet, but the card stock is nice to write on.

These information cards are great for high school football. Keeps track of all the information needed during a game!

Good double use card.

Good information cards. Print is not real big if you can't read small print. I like them cause I get to reuse them.

The cards are good but a few changes would be good. There should be room for four (4) captains on the sheet since each team is allowed to have that many. Also, areas for penalties (or at least USC fouls) would be appreciated so that time, player, team, etc can be record. I think some of the coin flip data could be shortened a bit to make room for these other features.

Works perfect for games when it is not raining. Card stock is perfect and information on the card is great for documentation of game data.

This form is the best way to keep track of all the action while doing a football game. I would recommend these strongly to make it easier for you.
