Best protector I've ever used in my life and fits great in the MMA jockstrap. Regardless of the compression shorts you feel 100% protected.

A:	Both will provide excellent protection. Nutshellz is graded as most protective featuring a layer of Kevlar, carbon fiber and aero-space epoxies. The longer lasting aspect would best be related towards the supporter system.
