The belt is very easy to size. The instructions are very clear, and the belt looks and feels nice. I'm hoping that it lasts a long time.

This is a great belt, I even bought one for my son-in-law who uses it to play baseball and golf. It looks good in church too!

"Fantastic Belt for Referees! I used this during a football scrimmage back in April and it performed perfectly. The back support is excellent, and I had no trouble attaching my Ref Smart and placing my flag and bean bags under the belt. Highly recommend this belt for any referee looking for comfort and functionality!
Questions About This Product
Q: | Explain the science. HOW does a belt really help with everything claimed? – Kevin Deadder |
A: | The belt band compresses the belly lightly so your core behaves more like a rigid cylinder, which helps transfer force between hips/torso/shoulder during swings, throws, sprints, etc. Improves stability & posture — the gentle pressure reminds you to “brace” and reduces unwanted trunk movement, which can reduce low-back strain and improve balance. Supports energy transfer / power — the belt increases “stiffness” of the midsection so muscle contractions and rotational power are more efficiently transmitted. Comfort + practical design — stretchy CoreMesh materials and a cut-to-fit option. It’s one-size-fits-most with a trim guide. – Hunter FrySupplier Relationship Manager, Customer Service Specialist, Former Basketball Referee |
