You may return any unused*, unaltered, non-laundered or defective item for a full refund or credit within 60 days of delivery by simply returning the item(s) and referencing your order number to the address below:

Have a defective product beyond 60 days?
Please call us, and we'll work with the manufacturer to try and issue a replacement.

*Please note: Products may be refused for credit upon inspection by our Returns Department.  If your item is deemed non-returnable and unable to be restocked as new, we will return it to you at the address used when the order was originally placed.

Return Tips

Packaging
Please use care in sending items back to us, preferably shipped and packaged in its original container.

Shipping
We recommend USPS priority mail with delivery confirmation for small packages and UPS or FedEx for larger ones. Please insure your package can be tracked so that there are no issues with any un-trackable lost packages.

Your Order Number
Writing your order number on the box will allow for a speedier returns process. Don't have your order number? Use the e-mail address used when you ordered.

I Want to Exchange or I Need Another Item

The quickest way to receive a new item is to simply re-order. When the return is received from the original order, you will then receive a credit.

If you would prefer an exchange, please contact us by e-mail, phone or correspondence with your return to go over the details.

About Credits

Issuing Credits
Typically credits are issued within a few days of receiving your return. A notification will be sent to you by e-mail when the credit is given.

Credit Information on Shipping
We normally do not provide refunds for shipping, even if you refuse a package, unless we made a mistake - which we sometimes do.

Please be aware that UPS and USPS charges us to ship your package and do not provide us with any refunds.

Who pays return shipping cost? Will I be credited for initial shipping costs.
If you return an item(s) that is damaged, defective or any error on our part, your initial shipping costs may be credited at our discretion.

If you return an item for any other reasons, including ordering the wrong size, you will be responsible for all shipping costs including returns, original order and subsequent orders.
