Orders placed before 2:30 ET (Eastern Time) are shipped the same business day (except orders eligible for free shipping). If we are unable to ship your order within 1 business day, you will be contacted by phone, e-mail or both.

Please consider processing time, holidays and rare extreme weather conditions when determining the estimated delivery of your order.
We ship each business day except for New Years' Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Day After, Christmas Eve and Day and one day for end-of-year inventory count.

USPS Priority Mail
2-3 Days Delivery (not guaranteed) to most locations. If you need guaranteed service, choose one of the guaranteed UPS shipping options below.
- Costs: From $8.29 and up.
- Tracking: Yes, end-to-end tracking on most packages.
- Delivery: USPS delivers all business days plus Saturday* except for federal holidays
(*Note: We do not ship orders out on Saturdays, however USPS does deliver on Saturdays).
- Guarantee: No guarantee package will arrive in 3 days.

All UPS delivery options have complete tracking information. All are guaranteed with the exception of UPS Ground. Please consider additional time occasionally required by the UPS holiday shipping schedule. Also, note that UPS cannot ship items to a PO Box.

APO (Military Bases)
Any APO orders, will be shipped by USPS. Good APO addressing tips can be found on the USPS website.
USPS International Priority Mail (typically 6-10 business days/not guaranteed/no end-to-end tracking), USPS Express Mail International (typically 3-5 business days/not guaranteed/no end-to-end tracking).
Please ensure that your ship-to address is the address on file with your credit card company as we do not ship international orders where the ship to and bill to addresses are different.
WE HAVE NO CONTROL OVER COSTS OF DUTIES AND FEES THAT YOU MAY BE REQUIRED TO PAY OR THE TIME YOUR ORDER MAY BE HELD IN CUSTOMS BEFORE DELIVERY.
If we have a promotional free shipping offer, orders within the United States over the offer will ship free. Only orders placed online are eligible for free shipping offers.
The service used is typically via UPS Ground with a 5-8 business days delivery. We ship all items in one shipment. Therefore, if any backordered items are en-route to us, we we'll wait on any of those items before we ship your order complete. You will receive an e-mail at the time of the shipment with information on how your package is being shipped along with a tracking number.
Back-Order and Pre-Order Shipping
Orders placed online containing items listed as back-ordered or pre-ordered will not be shipped until the order is complete. You should receive an e-mail at the time of the shipment with information on how your package is being shipped along with a tracking number. If you prefer the available items to be shipped ahead of schedule, there will be an additional shipping charge for the second shipment.
Your order page will contain any tracking information. E-mails are also sent as your order progresses from processed to shipped to delivered, all with relevant tracking information.
Refunds for Shipping
Sorry, but we cannot refund any shipping charges unless the problem originated here. This means that if you return or refuse any package then you will be credited for the items in your order (as long as it within our return guidelines) but NOT for your shipping charges. The reason is simple, UPS and USPS charge us to ship your package and do not provide refunds to us on returns or refusals.
